My name is Julia, and I am excited to walk alongside you on your journey to the place you want to be. I’m passionate about helping individuals find their way to a more fulfilling and balanced life. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself—free of judgment, shame, or guilt—as you work through life’s challenges.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to best meet your unique needs. Some of the evidence-based modalities I draw from are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT). Whether we’re working to reframe unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping strategies, process past trauma, or focus on achievable solutions, our work together will be tailored to support meaningful, lasting change.
I specialize in working with adults (18 and up) who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem struggles, relationship or communication difficulties, and the stresses of daily life. I believe in meeting you where you are, offering guidance with empathy, respect, and a genuine desire to help you grow.
