You are a divine masterpiece who has the ability to create your own destiny. I believe that our uniqueness and individuality is what makes us beautiful. I am here to help my clients build their confidence, embrace their authenticity, express their creativity and fulfill their dreams.

My therapeutic style is supportive, encouraging, uplifting and creative, focusing on the mind, body and soul. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy and Experiential Therapy to help my clients overcome their inner struggles and maintain confidence within the artistry.  I am especially passionate about working with artists and entertainers to provide them with an accurate platform to use as an outlet. While working as a professional in the Entertainment Industry, I realized the overwhelming trials and tribulations causing physical, emotional and mental pain. Understanding the support and focus needed for performers, regarding mental health, I aim to translate their pain into purpose and create new possibilities. By incorporating my Performing Arts experience and therapeutic techniques, I can help my clients to overcome certain obstacles, such as low self-esteem, rejection, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, obsessive perfection, addiction, substance abuse, and reality vs. false-reality, just to name a few.

I love working with children, adolescents, adults and families, as well as Movement Therapy for groups. My bubbly personality and creative approach has made working with children and adolescents my specialty. Through my sessions, children are able to enjoy therapy, while simultaneously, growing into who they are as individuals.

As an advocate for racial equality and the LGBTQ+ community, I aim to assure that all my clients feel safe, heard, valued, accepted and understood. My goal is to inspire others and empower them as they overcome obstacles, manage conflict, cope with adversity and translate pain into purpose.

It is truly a blessing to be able to help my clients to be invested in learning who they are as a person, embrace their difficulties, find peace in chaos, beauty in flaws and love the person they are becoming. My sessions are a space to express yourself with no judgment or fear. I can hardly wait to share my passion with you, and looking forward to experiencing the greatness you are destined to be.
