Comprehensive Psychological Assessment, Testing & Evaluations

At Conscious Freedom, our Clinical Psychology Services provide comprehensive psychological assessments, psychological testing, and psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. Whether you're seeking diagnostic clarification, treatment recommendations, educational accommodations, or a better understanding of emotional, behavioral, cognitive, or developmental concerns, our evaluations are designed to provide meaningful answers, clarify diagnoses, identify strengths, and guide individualized recommendations.

We believe a psychological evaluation is more than a diagnosis—it is an important step in a larger journey toward understanding, growth, and healing. Through evidence-based assessment, clinical expertise, and compassionate care, we help individuals and families gain clarity while developing a personalized roadmap for treatment and long-term success.

As part of our commitment to whole-person care, our evaluation process doesn't end when testing is complete. With your permission, we collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, psychiatrists, schools, and other professionals to ensure your evaluation findings translate into practical, coordinated recommendations. Depending on your unique needs, recommendations may include therapy, medication management, school or workplace accommodations, community resources, or additional specialized services—helping you move forward with confidence and support.

What Is a Psychological Evaluation?

A psychological evaluation is a comprehensive assessment that gathers information from multiple sources to better understand cognitive, emotional, behavioral, developmental, personality, and psychological functioning.

Rather than relying on a single test, evaluations combine interviews, standardized assessments, behavioral observations, record reviews, and clinical expertise to develop a complete picture of an individual's needs.

Every evaluation is tailored to the referral question and designed to answer the concerns that matter most to you.

Who We Evaluate:

We provide psychological evaluations for:

  • Young Children
  • School-Age Children
  • Adolescents
  • Adults

Each assessment is individualized based on developmental level, presenting concerns, and referral questions.

Why Seek a Psychological Evaluation?

Psychological testing can provide answers when individuals or families are experiencing challenges that have been difficult to understand.

Common reasons for evaluation include:

  • Difficulty focusing or sustaining attention
  • Concerns about autism spectrum disorder
  • Learning or academic difficulties
  • Emotional or behavioral concerns
  • Anxiety or depression
  • Trauma-related symptoms
  • Diagnostic clarification
  • Treatment planning
  • School accommodations
  • Workplace accommodations
  • Second opinions

Our goal is to replace uncertainty with clarity by providing meaningful recommendations that help guide the next steps.

What are Evidence-Based Assessments?

We utilize standardized, research-supported assessment instruments selected according to each individual's presenting concerns. Because every person is unique, the specific measures administered vary based on age, referral question, and clinical presentation.

We are committed to providing objective, ethical, and culturally responsive evaluations that meet current professional standards and support informed decision-making.
