I’m so glad you’re here, taking the step to give yourself—or your family—the gift of therapy.
Therapy is a space for self-discovery, growth, and healing, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach to help children, parents, and individuals work through their challenges in a way that feels authentic, supportive, and empowering.
I have a deep passion for working with children, both neurodivergent and neurotypical. I hold specialized training as an ASDCS (Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist) and have advanced training in child-centered play therapy through the University of North Texas. I strongly believe in the power of both the child-centered and person-centered approaches, which honor each individual’s unique experiences, strengths, and inner capacity for growth.
As a parent myself, I understand the stress and complexity that can come with parenting and caregiving. My personal experiences, combined with years of working in school settings, have shaped my ability to support and advocate for families navigating educational systems, developmental differences, and life’s many challenges.
For children, I specialize in play therapy, which allows them to express emotions, build coping skills, and work through challenges like anxiety, school stress, or family changes in a way that feels natural, safe, and developmentally appropriate. I also support individuals of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, fears, and the everyday stressors that life can bring.
I believe we are all different, with unique challenges, experiences, strengths, and talents. No one should be pathologized or reduced to a diagnosis. My goal is to see and support the whole person, helping each client feel understood, valued, and empowered.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you—and your child—can feel heard, supported, and truly understood. Together, we’ll explore your goals, overcome obstacles, and create a path toward the life you want to live.
You matter. Your story matters. And you don’t have to do it alone.
