Hello!

I am a graduate student who is passionate about creating an environment where my clients can feel heard, understood, valued, and safe.

As I begin my journey in the counseling field I am excited to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds as we all come from different walks of life. My goal is for each client to leave sessions feeling lighter, empowered, or having gained something meaningful they can carry with them outside of sessions.

My approach to counseling is primarily rooted in a client-centered and narrative approach. I believe each person is the expert of their own stories as this is a space for them to be their authentic selves. I want to meet each client where they are whether that be helping them explore their experiences, identify their strengths, and reshape their narratives in ways that promote growth, and healing.

As I continue in my development as a counselor I look forward to gaining experience with a variety of populations. I am interested in working with individuals who are currently incarcerated or formerly incarcerated as well as those navigating life transitions and challenges.

I hope to provide support while helping my clients feel seen beyond their circumstances.
