I’m Tavier Williams, a former collegiate football player, and I’m committed to creating a supportive space where growth is possible. As a former college athlete, I understand the importance of mental and emotional wellness, especially when juggling high expectations and constant demands. This experience informs my work and allows me to relate to the pressures that come with performance-driven environments. 

My Person-Centered approach to counseling is, grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for your unique path. I have experience working with a diverse clientele across various socioeconomic backgrounds, age groups, and gender identities. This includes providing Child-Centered Play Therapy and offering crisis support through immediate intervention and management strategies.
