Thank you for considering me to be apart of your mental health journey.

I have a unique blend of expertise in various therapeutic modalities, which allows me to partner with clients from different backgrounds. I posses strong skills in solution-focused therapy, which allows me to guide individuals towards positive outcomes by helping them identify and develop their strengths and resources. I am also well-versed in person-centered therapy, recognizing the importance of establishing a trusting and empathetic therapeutic relationship to foster growth and self-actualization in my clients. Additionally, I am experienced in and incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) which equips me with the tools to assist clients in developing effective coping strategies, emotion regulation skills, and improving interpersonal relationships. Lastly, my training and experience as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern allows me to address the unique challenges faced by individuals struggling with addiction; providing compassionate support and evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and long-term sobriety.

Aside from my work as a mental health counselor, I  have had a remarkable background as a college sprinter, which has instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, perseverance, and goal-oriented mindset. As a former athlete, I understand the importance of setting ambitious targets and maintaining a consistent work ethic to achieve desired results. This athletic background also contributes to my counseling approach, as I believe in the power of motivation, self-discipline, and the pursuit of personal growth. My experience as a college sprinter has instilled  a deep appreciation for the connection between physical and mental well-being, further strengthening my ability to holistically address my clients' needs. With my unique combination of skills as a mental health counselor and a former college sprinter, I bring a comprehensive and empathetic approach to my practice, supporting individuals in their journey towards improved mental health and overall well-being.
